Good,, That tells me that the IPC is reporting that everything else is NOT reporting.
Disconnect all the wires from the STAR connectors and use an OHM Meter and read each module /wire to ground and see if one is shorted or very LOW resistance.

I "JUST" got back from a business trip and was informed that I may have to do another one out of country. I will try to get the readings before I leave.
