Those systems were designed for the C4. They were expensive then and there expensive now.
The C5 Ti mufflers flow excellent. There are numerous other aftermarket muffler systems $800-$1500. They don't make that much HP either. They sound great .. Look Great,, but they are expensive.
Find a C5 that has a system on a C5 that SOUNDS THE WAY YOU WANT IT and purchase that system for the sounds quality... Add headers and a cold air intake for increased power!!
Like others have already stated. The MOST that a CAT BACK system will improve HP over stock is 10-12 (on a good day). Most see 5-7 HP.. Hell.. It may be a wash and you don't gain anything..
Some exhaust systems come boasting 15-20 HP . If you put one of those systems on be ready to have nasty interior DRONE. DRONE SUCKS!
