Door locks won't lock. Actuator?

Door locks won't lock. Actuator?

2001 C5. The door locks on both sides will unlock but BOTH sides will not lock. The fuses are good. I hear 1 click when I hit the door lock button. If it were the modules, would'nt each side go bad? Or is it the actuator? I have read the sticky and can't find anything. Thanks.

I had a similar issue sprayed wd40 at latch and handle all door latching areas worked the locks a few times things are now fine. you never know

My drivers side does the same thing on my 01 Z it can be locked by key etc and unlocked with fob but not locked with fob. It will still arm the alarm system as well. From my research it appears to be a relay but i havent dug into it yet
