Should I clean the MAF?

Sure, but more importantly check for air leaks between MAF and TB.

Had the same problem. Turned out to be a map sensor vacuum leak.

I just went out, and looked around. There is no hose connected to tube coming from under throttle body? I guess it had throttle body bypass done. Should that tube be capped?

The tube doesn't need to be capped. I capped mine just to make it look better, and only did the bypass to make throttle body removal & installation easier when cleaning it.
