Fuel rails
A lot of people upgrade to aftermarket fuel rails when going F/I or getting into the 500-600+ HP range, but if you do some research, they aren't really needed (same with bigger fuel lines) until you're in the 800+ HP range.
Kenneth Belle has some documents out showing that most vehicles can get into 800HP with stock rails and fuel lines. So no, it won't help a stock car.

On a more serious note, No they don’t.
While we are discussing things that don’t add HP, the following things will do ABSOLUTY NOTHING to increase HP!
-FANCY HIGH DOLLAR Sparkplugs
-EXPENSIVE Plug Wires
-Aftermarket coils
-Fuel rails
-Bigger Injectors (unless you have serious mods that need MORE FUEL FLOW)
The stock stuff listed above is as good as it gets for performance wise on a mildly modded LS engine.
If you need new plugs and wires the stock Iridium’s plugs and the GM Performance Red Wires will be more than adequate. The only reason to upgrade to the red wires is better quality materials that the OEM Black wires.
