Default 2000 corvette going into safe mode

My 2000 corvette has 3 inch long tube headers, off road x pipe, and no cats. While driving down the road or starting off from a stop light the car will suddenly go into safe mode and not want to run no matter how much gas I give or anything. I have already replaced the plugs, triple checked the gapping, changed the plug wires, air filter, fuel filter, checked the coil packs, did a compression test on all cylinders, replaced the front o2 sensors, checked for any air leaks, cleaned the maf sensor. Can not fix problem. Im getting these codes when I read it out PO174; PO152; PO131; PO132; PO300. Any help would be awesome. Could it possibly be a bad accelerator pedal sensor??? Or a bad ECU needing to be reproggramed from having no Cats on the car??? Car wont even sit in driveway and idle properly. Wants to stall.

Is your tune stock? Also, what mods if any were done immediately prior to this starting? Is your header install recent?

P0174 Fuel Trim System Lean Bank 2
P0152 Heated Oxygen Sensor (HO2S) Circuit High Voltage Bank 2 Sensor 1
P0131 Heated Oxygen Sensor (HO2S) Circuit Low Voltage Bank 1 Sensor 1
P0132 Heated Oxygen Sensor (HO2S) Circuit High Voltage Bank 1 Sensor 1
P0300 Engine Misfire Detected

Those front 02 sensor codes will definitely make your car run poorly. Have you checked the front 02 sensor wiring to make sure it's not damaged?

Normaly when you default to REDUCED ENGINE POWER (REP), it caused by an error or issue in the THROTTLE BY WIRE system OR you change the air flow thru the engine enough that the PCM sees the change as illogical.

I dont see any TBW Codes but, you could have a vacuum leak.

I cant see the changes that you made would have changed the air flow enough to cause REP issue.

Check for a leak in the ducting between the MAF and TB and or a manifold vacuum leak at the PCV system hoses and or BRAKE Booster hose.

I had the headers and x pipe installed and cats removed proffesionally last oct. It started doing this one day after i got down on her really hard in febuary. I havent gotten it tuned or anything yet b/c of this issue. i didnt think i could take it to get tuned or dynod while the car was going into safe mode & not wanting to run. I check for vaccum leaks and found 1 at the maf sensor. fiexed the leak and the problem went away for about 30 min then came back again
