I know the P1416 code I just replaced my secondary air check valve (passenger side just behind the Intake) Thursday.
Could this be the vacuum leak I mentioned earlier?
If it were me, I would assume IT IS..........if you replaced the valve then the vale "should" be good. I've purchased defective parts before but I truly doubt this is the case.
You may have a pinched vacuum hose, or maybe one that isn't connected. I've been studying a lot of intake removal information and it seems there are special notes regarding getting the vacuum hoses connected right.
You are further ahead on this than I am......so I can't truly help. I can only offer you suggestions............you're the one who did the work, so only you can say what it may be if you think back to the work you did.
