Default Tire size recommendation

i have 18x9.5 with a +50 offset for the fronts and 19x10 with a +56 offset in the rear anyone have suggestions for tire sizes that will work with these wells and not throw off traction control and abs because of the wrong sizes

When you go with a taller tire, you need a tune for that, Do you know how to measure for the wright off set. Try the wheel to make sure.

You DO NOT need to tune unless you choose the wrong tires (which should be never).

Even a tune can not correct for wrong tire selection and should never be needed for tires. To avoid problems make sure your rear tires are at least half an inch taller than the front. Factory is closer to one inch.

having the "split" height between the front and rear is critical for ABS and Traction Control--Try to keep it as close to stock as possible--Also if it's off sometimes you will get codes and sometimes not--So safety becomes a factor--You don't want to find out your ABS isn't working correctly when you need it the most--On your 1st
panic "hard stop"

instead of trying to calculate all these different staggers/differentials, just do it the easy way. look up the overall height/diameter of whatever tires you're looking at & get it as close as you can. done

stock F1 fronts are 25.6" & rears are 26.7" - as can be found eleventybillion times on this forum

a good ballpark to start with for an 18x9.5" front wheel is 275/35-18 & for a 19x10 - 285/35-19, but remember each style of tire is going to be a slightly different size - even with the same size label (for instance, Invos run smaller that most others)

the only time 'tuning' is needed is when your rear tires are a different diameter than stock - and that's to correctly calibrate the speedometer & odometer. it ain't tuning the engine or anything - just entering a different value for tire size.
