Rear End Noise
I have a 2003 coupe auto tranny. Rear end has developed a hum. Tried new tires no help. Have noticed that a hard left will make the hum go away. New here on forum so if this has come up before I appologize. Thanks

The wheel bearing is a HUB ASSY. You change out the entire HUB. Not a difficult job but, it takes some tools that you may or may have.
Heres the HUB ASSY for the rear:
The hub assy contains the wheel speed sensor (under the blue cap) Here is a picture of a front HUB with the cap removed:
Here is the electrical part,, the coil pick inside the blue cap :

DO NOT go to the stealership for the bearing unless you have money to burn. Most autoparts stores have them. Timken are the best. Call and ask what brand bearing they have.
