Do a search on lowering and look in the sticky. Literally a hundred posts here on the subject. The search feature is your friend.
Raise it up to where it is lowered no more than 1 inch from stock and you will be fine.

How high is your car, measured from the bottom of the rocker panel to ground? On level ground, measure the distance to the ground behind the front wheel well and in front of the rear wheel well. On my car the distance is 4 inches. I do have to be careful going in and out of some parking lots and going over speed bumps. The front air dam has about 2 inches of clearance and scrapes regularly, which is no big deal. They are relatively cheap and easy to replace.
