Hello Everyone!
New here so not sure I'm doing this right? Please forgive if not!
I have a 1997 C5 Coupe which I have owned since new. Early in its days I started to HVAC issues. At first I took it in on warranty but at the end they told me it would cost $1500 to fix!
I have the dual zone type and what it does or doesn't do is when I turn the temp control it move one degree and then back again. If I slowly move it it will turn down, then if I wait for it to set and then slowly turn it down it will move down again and if I continue to do it this way I can eventually get it to a lower temp or higher temp.
I am thinking of replacing the control head. I have seen them on Ebay and Amazon for about $150 to$250 but before doing so wanted to check with some of you Corvette Pro's. Any advise? Thanks in advance!

Sounds like its control head related.
What ever you do, dont toss your old one. I amagine it could be repaired. I have to resolder mine here soon. No lighting in the florecent display.
