The CD/Radio fuse blew, replaced that. All good there now.
The HVAC controls seem to work...everything lights up and the controls seem to be responding but the actual AC Fan isn't blowing any air. If I turn the AC off, just try the fan, the fan will not blow any air. I checked all the related fuses (minifuse) seem to be fine. But I'm not sure how to see if the Micro and Mini Relays are bad. Obviously one of them is. But how can I tell?
^ got some bad information and installed an incompatible battery.
I spoke with some Techs and they told me the relays are probably fine. They said I probably either blew the AC Motor or I blew a fuse on the side location, not the normal "middle" which is why I didn't find it initially. They told me to pull all AC related fuses and check it with my meter before I get into the relays.
Not sure where this is going but, what fuses have you checked? There is no AC motor, but there is a blower motor ( both AC and heat), on my 99 its fuse #51, on the passenger side floor.
Suggestion, I don't have an answer, but if you Google (year Corvette blower motor not working), you will find some useful information that will probably help you out. Also, do a search on here "blower motor stopped working", there will be some good here as well.

If you have the Dual Zone head, the HVAC Blower Motor Controller will be different and a LOT more expensive. The one pictured in the post ABOVE is a Manual system resistor bank
Both controllers are located in the same place.
The digital control module looks like this. All I have is a disassembled one to show you:

I always try asking while searching...seems to be the most effective
Thanks for the search tip though.

Sure haven't. I will now though.

Just got done bleeding the clutch...bout to go tackle pulling the blower out.
I'll report back.
Thanks to everyone for the help. Keep you guys posted.
Got the blower motor out...it appears to be fine. Little bit of rust from age on the bottom portion but I do not think that there is anything wrong with it...it worked fine prior to the battery mix up.
More likely that its the wiring that was fried...
The blood is rushing to my head from being upside down. I'm calling it a night. Gonna pull the digital control module/resistor tomorrow. My head hurts! LOL.
Anytime the fan speed is ON,, there should be a voltage on those wires. The controller increases or decreases CURRENT and unless you have a meter that reads higher current levels, you cant read the current value.
Open up the module and see if you cee any burnt or damaged circuit board traces on the right side of the board.

I'll slap a meter on it tonight with it hooked into the car. I'll see if I can get any type of reading.
Nope. No sir...no evidence of burnt/damaged circuits.
