Default Fast 92/90 install questions

Bought a used Fast 92 and 90mm throttle body.
Making a check list so I'm not running around on install day.
So far I see I need low profile valley cover bolts(10)M8x1.25x30mm
(4) throttle body bolts which is M6x1.0x45mm.
Can I reuse the 10 manifold to head bolts?
How about gaskets, does it use the oem intake and throttle body gaskets?
What other hardware am I missing.

Uses the same OEM intake port gaskets and I recommend using the OEM manifold to head bolts as the FAST bolts has washers that can fall off and enter the engine if your not careful during the install.

I also recommend the MAP relocation kit that moves it to the front of the intake:

Purchase a NYLON VACUUM LINE repair kit and make the short little vacuum line LONGER because it will need to connect on the side of the manifold. Check NAPA, Autozone or Advance for a repair kit.

I added a steam vent line to the rear blocked off vents on my 02Z. You can see it in the second picture compared to the block off plugs in the first:

I also ported my own FAST 90/90 before i installed it.

Remove the Knock sensor plugs and inspect the sensors and make sure that they are not damaged /rusted. Seal in the caps to keep water out.

If you dont have a 2004 valley cover/PCV system, recommend the up-grade as it will help keep crankcase oil out of the intake.

What conversion harnesses are you using for the TB?

Thanks for the tip, I'm assuming the map relocation is for convenience?
I wanted to keep the front clear for when I go SD, ill use the front location for the intake temp sensor.
Not sure which harness it is, found used TB that includes a harness. Came from a C5 also, so I should be good there.
