Froggy has a video on Youtube that shows how to do the rear I believe. The front is even easier because you don't have to mess with the axle. I did all 4 of mine last year and it really is pretty easy to do if you take your time. The first one you do takes some time, the second one is half that.

How do you knock the lower ball joint bolt out of the way without boogering it up? I've beat it with a hammer and it won't budge. It's in the way of the lower torx.

I used a separate jack with a piece of wood and lifted top part while tapping with hammer. It does come out.

Thanks. It worked. I just happen to be doing this job at the moment.

Ok. Next problem. How do you get the nut on the lower ball joint back on? The joint just spins and there's no way that I can see to keep it from doing so.

I nbelieve Theres an allen wrench hole in the stud. If there isnt, get a C clamp and use a little clamp force to force it in the taper joint.

You were right Bill. I don't know why I didn't see that. However, I was able to get the thing done by using a small electric impact. Even easier than the allen bolt and an open end wrench. Thanks

At that price, those are certainly Made in China mystery bearings. Maybe they're good, maybe they're not--who knows?

From the text of the seller's link:

•You will not have a problem with our product. If you are comparing us to someone selling a brand name product remember brand names are only as good as the company selling them.

I don't know about anybody else, but I'm usually concerned with who MAKES the product....especially when that product is what keeps the wheels attached to my car, as I zip along the expressway at 65-70 MPH.......
