I have a ricer 47" NRG harness bar in my Buick. Those lug nuts are aluminum, no way they'd take 100 ft lbs. I've always run ARP studs and they are some of the strongest things around, you could probably whack the threads with a hammer and vise grips and the threads would be fine.
Aluminum lug nuts? What is the purpose there? Save weight?
Are you trying to make sure you have extended studs for drag racing? Open ended?
As was mentioned, McGuard probably has what you need.
Got a photo of the setup?
There is no way an ARP stud would strip guys.

Thats exactly what I was after. Extended ARP studs and open ended nuts that claimed to be near indestructible. I know I can get some Mc-guard or whatever, but I was after a special look, and the wight saving sounded good too. But alas, no such luck.

They advertise direct fitment and factory spec instillation. I researched allot and this set sounded really good. I am very upset at this crock of $hit they pan handle out.
If it's about weight saving I know there are very expensive titanium lug nuts available. I believe Porsche uses them on some models. You have to be very careful with them and lube them properly or they will gall on the steel studs and seize.
I run allot of Pfadt parts and like the brand. And those ARP studs are the studs I have, but those nuts are ugly as hell. I ended up getting sent a set of forged steel Buddy-Club racing nuts as a free replacement. They are more expensive and will withstand anything I throw at them. So Im happy in a way, and kinda not. I wanted the light weight nuts as an added advantage, and I still ended up spending that money on a set of steel nuts.. I would not have spent that money on steel and just made do with a cheap set of Mc-guard or Gorilla nuts and replaced them as needed. But whatever, I have a nice set now and will make use of them.
