I've had my XS headers for two years - put them on myself - got the headers, hi flow cats and x pipe package. Install was straight forward exchange of parts. More power and torque right away. I sent out for a mail order tune from ECS - very happy with the results.
Huron Speed listed them but their site says not available... might wannt PM or call them. Some of these brands Like XSPower and SSAutochrome will pop up for a bit then they are gone the next day.. dont know if they are copyright issues from other manufactors and are forced to or if they just do a large batch and move on to the next project. OBX and a couple other on Ebay pop up for a while as well.
SSAutochrome lists them toward the bottom of the page here.. they also have the XSPower logo on the front page..and are the same price as the XSP where sellig for. bet they are one in the same. I HAVE HEARD this place is not 100% reliable on the GTP forums... so be carefull. http://www.ssautochrome.com/level.itml/icOid/1698
I have a complete XS Power exhaust system on my 98'. (Headers, x-pipe, Hi-flo cats, and cat back) I can't say enough good about the product. I dealt with Jon (Superman09) and he was fantastic. Helped out with all my questions, and was very prompt in doing so. Highly recommend him, and XS Power.
just make sure to measure the flange with a straight edge or something. i installed a set and the passenger side was WAY off. had the tractor ticking sound going on. i called them up and the fixed me up with a better set but the second set was near impossible to line up with their x-pipe setup. i had to use a ratchet strap to get them to line up lol. I ended up uninstalling them and ordering some from LGMotorsports. They were AMAZING! lined up perfectly, no warped flange and even included 02 adaptors.
my honest opinion, the XS were helpful in trying to correct the original issue. but two sets and more problems turned me off from them and ended up ordering the LG's

Yea a common problem with them, but with the latest revision that is about to be released they are going to have laser cut flanges so that should be fixed. Check out the thread in the C5 parts sales thread for the latest info. http://forums.corvetteforum.com/c5-p...eaders-32.html
My Version III XSPower headers have been sitting in a box for 3 weeks and I finally had a chance to open them today. Very nice looking product. Flanges are nice and flat. Sure looks hard to beat for the money. Can't wait to put them on. I had orginally planned CAI, cam, headers on my 02 Z06 but now leaning towards an A&A supercharger. Should be a fun project.
