Default turn signal going nuts

hope some one can tell me whats going on. My right turn signal lights flash very very fast my left(driverside) is blinking fine. What would cause this problem. I have been told several things since I put sequential turn signals on the rear I am told I now should put a "hyper flaser on the car" what the heck is that and do you all think that would fix the problem??? I would appreciate any help.

On the factory set up the hazard switch goes bad. To avoid taking out part of the console you can by the hyper flash which is an easy 5 minute under dash install. If you changed to LED tail lights you need the hyper flash for it to work correctly from what I have read. Here is the link to a hyper flash.

If you still have regular bulbs and haven't changed to led tail lights you shouldn"t need the harness. If one side works and one flashes really fast, you have a bulb on the fast side that isn't working.Leds would affect both sides!
