Alarm problems
I have just bought a car 2002 z06. When I start the car the security light on the dash is blinking, along with the gauge cluster and the whole dash including the climate control console is flashing as if the alarm was on the whole time. The horn is not going off. But I realized that the horn doesn't work anyway. I am able to start and drive the car normally btw.
The fuses are all good so I'm guessing someone must have just disconnected it or blown the horn somehow. Also. When I lock the car with the key fob the lights are all flashing as if the alarm was triggered. But I can turn it off by hitting the unlock button. Also. All the buttons work on the FOB except for the panic button.
The car has a wet nitrous system installed, as well as xm radio. Those are the only other things I can think of in the car that are in any way connected to the electrical system.
I have also replaced the hazard switch with a spare I had laying around, but that didn't make a difference. The ignition was supposedly replaced as the car was taking too long to start.

That would be my guess.
(I try to find forums others aren't answering and at least point people in the direction I'd look as I work on cars daily as a hobby - not professionally. You might want to weight other's opinions higher if you get some.)
