HELP!!! ignition switch replacement
got all the "stuff" off to get at the switch behind the tumbler...got the two "male to female" connections off the back...can't get the third one loose!!!...it is a black square with a grey circular part and a wire that leads somewhere...the black square fits into the white plastic on the back of the electrical switch right next to the two "male/female" cnnectors...looks like one tab is holding it in place...I can free it a little bit and then I move total resistance!!!!...what could be holding it!!!!

Sounds like your getting hung up with the back drive cable, just put the key in the ing. and turn it to the run position and depress the lock tab underneath with a flat blade screw driver.
Then pull the cable out, when reinstalling remember to turn the ing to the run position and just push the cable in it will lock on it's own.
