I have a 383 Stroker built and gapped for a 200 shot. Is there anyway possible I can run a SC on it? If not what would be needed ie piston swap and rings? Or should I just yank the block and sell and buy one built for boost?

If they opened up top ring then no problem. If they didn't you can still run boost but very low 7-8psi max and add a meth kit to cool down chamber.
Increasing the top ring gap for spray would be no different for boost.
So you would be fine there.
Spray or blower, both are boost.
The concern will be compression ratio.
Do you know what it is set for? Boost (blower) engines usually limit it to 10.5:1 or less.
That can be swizzled with heads.

As I know it. It's a best guess from Erik at HKE my compression is 11.75--1. With my heads which are 243 that are PnP chopped down to 59cc. But I have a set of stock heads that are untouched. I think stock is 65cc. So I don't know how low it would bring my compression to

Here is a good CR calculator for you to play with.
Assuming stock piston, .050" head gaskets and 59cc heads shows 11.5:1
Change just the heads to 65cc and you are at approx 10.5:1
I forgot to mention the block is a 5.3l Stroked 383 it was done by HKE. When I get off work I will pull up the parts build sheet for stroke length and all
