Run Flat or Regular tires?

Really Sumitomo HTZ II's aren't that bad? I saw them on Ebay and the price seemed too good to be true.

I just picked up BF Goodrich Comp TA G-Force for my car. Going from the GY Runflats to these. Getting them put on in 15 minutes.
These are the #1 rated (1st place in category) Ultra HP Summer Tire on Tire rack. $620+shipping. I think mine were like 67x.00. They look like a pretty nice tire, though they also look to have a shallow tread. I guess I really don't care how long they last. But, it seems like there's not as much tread on these tires as there are on others when new. Alignment is scheduled for Saturday am. After that, I'll decide how well I like em.
