Its a MAINSTAY in replacement dampeners! Ive had mine for 6+ years and have had ZERO issues with it.

No over heating, No charging issues no nothing...

I pinned mine to the crank using a side pin kit

The ONLY thing that I would do different is, paint it before i installed it. Its steel and it will rust.
Im heavily modded and it works great.

: Bill got it right! (As usual ) Mine is installed on an 01Z that's heavily modded and tracked regularly. No problems. SDPC has it in a kit with the two shorter belts you need and a new balancer bolt.

^This! I had a 25% Powerbond UD on my old WS6 and now my bolt-on FRC and I've never had any charging, steering, or voltage issues on either vehicle for the 20,000+ miles they were/are on. I used to live an hour from Lubbock and always drove to Scoggin Dickey or Texas Speed for parts. You'll find the best deal at Scoggin Dickey's.

The Powerbond is a good piece and you won't have issues with it failing. You really shouldn't have issues but a 25% under drive does remove any extra margin in the accessory drives. Your tuner will likely bump the idle a little bit which will help make up for the loss.

I do find that if I'm idling into a parking lot in 1st as I turn into a spot the turn can pull the rpm down and then the steering assist drops and the steering becomes heavy. I had the car slowly overheat in a bad traffic jamb at night. Very slowly. I was watching the voltage and it very slowly dropped and as it dropped the fans slow down and the temps climb. I eventually turned the AC off and it slowly recovered. I'm stock internally so there is no reason it should need a higher idle rpm.

I should have posted the timing. It was about an hour before I had to turn the AC off. It was a very slow creep.
