competition mode not working
I have a 01 ive used competition mode plenty of times. But heres the case, i can choose the option but when i decide to nail it it starts to act as if traction controll is on. It stops me from roasting the tires. What could be the problem?

From what I have read and heard,Comp doesn't turn off TC,it just dials it back. It is for track use so that you can slide out the rear,but it doesn't want you to spin out from too much power. For burnouts,use Off.

Ive used it at the track on every run and had no problem doing 6 plus second burnouts, now if the back end starts going out to one side while you are rolling it will intervene for sure.

When it interveins,, glance down at the DIC and see what is actually kicking in. It will say TC Active or AH Active ect ect....
What happens if you turn it OFF.

If i turn it off it dsnt assist me with the braking. Like i said i use to to comp mode when i would drag race. But one day i tried to burn out before and when i did it acted as if traction controll was on. Dumped my clutch for nothing. This was in comp mode.

comp mode disables TC but keeps the ACS
something is up, you should be able to roast em in comp mode. the only time it kicks in is if sideways motion the ACS takes care of comes into play. wonder if your yaw sensor is weird
