Thats the fuel tank vapor purge line. It connect to the charcoal vapor recovery canister near the tank and the other end connects to a solenoid valve.

Broke mine while doing my oil pressure sender. If you broke the tube and not the connections run to the parts house and buy $0.99 piece of fuel line and two fuel line clamps. $2 total and 5 minutes to install and you're done!
