Default Back up light switch replacement
Is it possible to replace the back up light switch, on a 6 speed, without dropping the cats and removing the torque tube cover?

I was able to reach mine to test it with an ohm meter.I think it wouldn't be a problem to R and R without removing anything.

Not only possible, it's not that difficult. It just unscrews and you screw in the new one and replug the connector.

Managed to get the car on a lift today. 1St. time I've been under it. Yup, easy change out on the switch. Back in business.
