Tire question
Is there any way to tell if a tire has thrown a belt? I have developed a vibration that does not go away at different speeds, I can feel it in the wheel and the seat while driving.

I would suggest taking the car down to your preferred tire shop and having them visually inspect the tire and check the balance. Tire problems that would cause a vibration like you're describing can usually be seen fairly easily.
