Not sure why you would put the rear O2s in the front. If you choose not to run rear O2s (I don't) you will have to tune them out.

The exhaust was time consuming lining up everything but not hard. Overall took around 10 hrs to install the LG headers and full exhaust. Mine has the cat delete, we don't have DEQ out here. My Borla stingers bolted right up, perfect fit. Question I have tho is I used the adapter to plug my rear O2 sensors in the front location. So now I have the rear empty plug socket, do I leave like that or plug another sensor in there and just zip tie it?? Will it still work if nothing plugged in that socket?

You can leave them as is, but you will have to tune them out. I also believe people swap the rear to the front because they are believed to have a better heating circuit
The install instructions from LG said the same
, the rear have a better heating circuit so swap them out on 97-03 cars. After motor mods coming ill get it tuned and chassis dynoed.
Interesting. I never knew that. I have run headers on my car for years and run the fronts in the front and none in the rear.
Your tuner can turn off the code for no rears and can do it in such a way that your readiness tests will still come ready if you ever have to mess with emissions.

Got it realigned and brakes all bled. Took her for a drive, wow sounds killer. New Monster clutch is perfect. Very slight more pressure to push in but still like butter. Grabs extremely hard!! Bushings are very noticeable in corners, no squeaks at all. Seats and interior mods next. Seats should be here any day, making some safety mods as well. Roll bar and 5 pt harnesses on schedule.
Very enjoyable and informative thread. Thanks for taking the time to share with the rest of us that will end up doing all this someday!
Looking forward to seeing what's next!!
Ok interior part is up next. Seats arrived, carpet and rollbar is at coating. Going to lay some dynamat down , then changing to black carpet. Making seat brackets for the seats. Whole interior will be carbon fiber. Rollbar will be chromoly 6 pt with an Scca crossbar. 5 pt harnesses will be added both sides as well.
Started on carpet, extremely nasty. Got carpet kit from ACC, it was ALOT of work for just carpet. Fits ok but too oversize, no holes, better money spent on OEM but this does work just be prepared for 20 hours of cutting. I layed dynamat down after extensive cleaning . Then the fun begin, next the seats go in.
Well got seats in. The planted seat brackets work very well. Got rollbar in, put in two tone shift boot and parking brake in. Got the custom center console cover today so that's up next. The boots are black carbon fiber and white leather.
