The lights on my mirror only work when I open the doors. They take one hell of a long time to shut off when I close the doors. Is this something i can fix utilizing the DIC or is there something else I need to check/fix/replace? Help..assistance much appreciated.

I don't know of any adjustment to the time the interior lights stay on other than putting the key in and starting the car. The only other thought would be to use the dimmer **** for the dash lights to turn the interior lights on and immediately off. I can't try this myself as I'm 1500 miles away from my car at the moment.

Is there a concern or just that you don't like the courtesy lights being on?

It's normal. All the interior lights stay lit for about 45 seconds after the door closes, except when, 1) you hit the key fob to lock the doors, and 2) you start the car. Then they will shut off.

I don't know of a way to reduce the timing.
