Motor assembly can be adjusted for lift and closing.If your headlight doors rattle in the down position,the small nylon lifting arm bumpers are worn thru-just slip off and turn them over so they wear on the other side or wrap in duct tape

Remove the black plastic headlight shroud around headlight after hand cranking doors up using **** on motor.Need flashlight to see ip lifting arm is up against white nylon bumper stop
