Wix filter came in today. Here are some pics for those of you who were wondering about it. I'll take a side by side pic when I pull the old one out if anyone would like to see, but they are definitely identical. The only problem I have can be seen in the second pic; the grounding strap is quite loose and I could easily slide it off. I'll be crimping it better before I install this weekend.

I was in the heavy duty trucking business my entire adult life, I used WIX filters exclusively in all my power unit and NEVER had an issue with the quality of their filters, or a mechanical failure due to the filter not functioning properly.
As previously stated WIX is a supplier of filters to many companies who sell them under their brand name. All of NAPA's filters are made by WIX, and on a side note, all of NAPA's oil is refined by VALVOLINE, both quality and reliable products.
