I'd like to bench-test-troubleshoot my 12 disc problems. Cartridge won't eject or cycle and it jams. I bought another complete unit from a Forum member but it didn't work when it arrived after being poorly packed and battered by FEDEX. I now have two non working units and nothing to lose with messing with them a bit. I'd like to have either a wiring schematic source or to know which colored wires carry the power in the changer harness to the rear changer. Anyone know?? Thanks. Dave
PM me, I don't have what you're looking for but, I have just fixed two of mine that didn't work. Be glad to try to help you out if I can. Would give more detail but am at work and have to go.
Be glad to get the pin out for you from my FSM. Can't do it until I get back home. There should only be one black (or black/white) ground for it but I will confirm that too.
Black/White wire is Ground (pay attention because there are 2 Black/White wires but only one is the ground)
Connector Pin 7.
The Connector should be marked with numbers accordingly. Let me know if you need more info. If you can't read these I can tell you how to identify it by location.

Thanks so much for the info, dadaroo. This is exactly what I needed to know. I'll check it out today. Dave

Thanks Lt. Dan, Your call was extremely helpful with the inside mechanics of the unit. I think I've got one fixed now with your info but will keep you informed. Dave

It's always a pleasure to be able to help someone out, and to be able to contribute to this forum, that has helped me out and saved me a bundle.
