Can`t set temp on climate control.. Help

I'm having problems with the A/C climate control on my 1999 coupe. It only allows you to drop one degree at a time, then two minutes later another degree, two minutes another degree, etc.. The system don`t throw any codes.. Has anyone experienced this problem?
Thanks,
Frank K.

I have not seen that particular issue but,, it would have to be HVAC Control Module related.
Try this:
Measure the voltage that is being supplied to the HVAC Module Fuse. There are TWO test slots on top of all fuses. Measure the test slots to a good chassis ground. You should see full battery voltage on the fuse. Make sure that you test BOTH HVAC Module fuses.
If the voltage is LOW, it could be causing issues with the way the module works. One of the fuses is only powered when the ignition is ON.
You can also remove and unplug the mdule and test the Ground Wire for proper resistance to chassis ground. Should be ZERO Ohms on the Black wire/ white stripe.
If all is normal, you may just have a bad control module.

Hi!
Thanks for the reply Bill! I have borrowed a module from a buddy with a 97. With this module, everything works, so i have a bad module.. I have tried to find bad soldering points and even resoldered a few, but no luck yet.. I will keep on trying to find what is wrong with my module.. Every suggestion on what to look for is deeply appreciated
Thanks,
Frank

but im also getting codes b0365c,b0446c (telling me bad ground and door stuck open). which is causing cold 1 side and warm on the other side.
Although when the codes are reset the doors are moving ,but it only last for a few seconds and the codes return.......
I have an old led display I will try , but that's tomorrow.
