Something wrong, sounds like a massive air leak.

Hi, haven't posted for a while just enjoying my C5 with no problems until today. Something sounds like a air leaking. Louder then something like a vacuum leak, not making a exhaust leak sound either. Louder under front of the car, started running a little odd also. Cruising town without having to press on the gas (auto) seams to idle too high sometimes not always. Isn't showing any codes, can't find anything out of the ordinary, bolts, belts, hoses. 27,000 miles. Any Ideas?

Did you check your vacuum lines just to make sure none were broken or cracked? Have you done anything new to the car recently?

Found it, the petcock on my oil catch can was loose. I only finger tighten that, somehow loosened up, must not had it tight enough. I guess that would make it run erratically.
