799 Head/Valve Question

Alrighty, I'm assembling some new 799 heads, apparently these are take offs with zero miles and got to looking at the valves and noticed there is a line right above the grove where the valve keeps catch. I noticed that the majority of the valves on this line, the valve is seems strong, just wondered if his is something anyone else has seen.

The tip is spun welded to the stem I believe. It's normal, I noted it on mine as well.

I have 799's on my turbo car
