Default Is my Powerbond balancer even?

I just installed my new 25% UD Powerbond balancer. I heated it to 225 and used the threaded rod with washer and nut install tool. I also did a final torque twice to 240 ft lbs using the stock bolt with ARP washer.

Now I'm checking the spec as to how far the crankshaft should be recessed. Per the GM manual the range is 2.40mm ~ 4.48mm.

I am in the range, but get different measurement when I go around the circle.

Ex: 3 o'clock = 3.15mm
6 o'clock = 3.24mm
9 o'clock = 3.22mm
12 o'clock = 2.92mm

Am I incorrect, but should these dimensions not be the same?

LOL! Just install the new dampener with a new ARP Bolt and consider it DONE!

Correct, drilled pinned from the side with ATI kit, new LS2 chain, and new Melling oil pump.

No funds for the cam, re-tune, and associated items though.

I just what to be sure everything is correct. It would be no fun going back in.

To me it is kind of odd that the dimensions are off. I measured off the machined part of the Powerbond to the end of the crank.
