Alternator PN question
So I purchased a replacement Valeo alternator for my 2000 M6 car.
The original alternator has part number: 10246634 and is clutchless.
The replacement alternator that Bennett Auto Supply gave me has PN: 10353440, and it has the "clutch" pulley.
They said that PN corresponds with my VIN. However every search I do says that it is not the right part number. The most recent post I could find was several years old.
Has anything changed, and is this now the correct PN?
