recently bought a de witts from a forum member for my c5 z. as it turns out its for an automatic that has an trans. cooler built in. seams to me if i plug the ports for the trans cooler it would work the same a a manul trans. radiator. pluging the ports just to keep dust and grime out. any thoughts. thank for advise larry

You can use a auto trans radiator with a manual trans. Just plug up the trans cooler line holes so no debris gets in there (in case you ever want to use the trans cooler part). No worries at all.

Possibly. You would need to know the size of the cooler. It may be too thin and cause a restriction in the oil system. If it's basically the same as the standard EOC it would be no issue.
But again, why? If you have the standard EOC in the DeWitt you should not need a secondary one.
