Default NC Inspection

I have a 1999 corvette that has been setting in storage for the last 6 months..the battery went completely dead..when I went to get it inspected it failed the test..the test guy asked if the car had been sitting..he told me that I had to drive the car awhile so that it could reset the onboard control module..any help would be appreciated.
Thanks Donnie Brooks

Hey donnie, whereabouts in NC?

Yeah, theres a certain number of "cycles" that the car has to go through before the emissions crap reads as ready.
