Default C5 Map Sensor problem HELP !!!!!

Okay here's the deal....... 04 LS1. Code P107, Low voltage to MAP sensor. Just got done replacing the MAP sensor for the second time. Car runs great, No problems with that at all. Still throwing the code.
The first time the sensor went out the car would not run at all. Replaced it and ran great, Still threw code. Really tired of seeing that check engine light so I pulled the intake and replaced it again today. Drove it around the block, no code. Switched the car off, restarted............ check engine, same P107 code ................. HELP !!!!!!!!

Can I have all of your old MAP sensors????

Have you used a volt meter and actually read the reference voltage that is being supplied to the MAP Seneor??? That would be my FIRST recommendation. That 5.0 vdc reff voltage comes from the PCM..

My next question is,, Are you getting the correct voltages to te PCM? Check the Ignition supplied fuses that supply 12 VDC to the PCM from the ignition switch.

Should be FULL battery voltage.

Ha!

I actually find old ones, gut them and replace the sensor inside with a Freescale 3 Bar sensor.

Then seek them to my turbo customers that I tune. They work very well.
