I backed the car out yesterday and washed it. I really paid attention to the wheels getting them clean. I went to put it in the garage and when I turned the ignition everything looks ok I hear all the sounds I am used to but when I turn to start it, all I get is a loud click, The car is a 98. Here is what I have done.
Made sure the battery cables were tight
Tested the battery with a Solar tester tested OK
Tried jumping the car
Pulled codes,
10-PCM no codes
28-TCS no codes
40-BCM no codes
60-IPC U1160H
LDCM 2282H 2284H U1255H U1016H U1096H
RDCM B2283H B2285H U1255H U1064H U1016H U1096H
B0-RFA no codes
My son and I pushed it into the garage.
After reading other postings the feeling I got was to let it dry out. I had a small fan running in the engine bay by the battery all night. I checked it when I got up this morning and the same thing, a loud click. I will have the fan running all day while I'm at work.
Carpet is dry
Pulled the battery and had it tested. Tested Ok but the charge was low. I have it on a trickle charger now. I will get the car up on ramps tomorrow so I can tap on the starter.

The codes that you have, especially the LDCM and RDCM codes, are indicative of a battery related issue. I would suggest that you start by pulling the battery and having it load tested. Most parts store will do that free of charge. There could be a surface charge on the battery but it may have an internal failure that prevents it from pushing current for the starter.
May also be a starter issue. You can try the following to see if it starts. With a broom handle rested on the starter motor give the end of the broom handle a few solid blows with a heavy hammer while an assistant holds the key in the START position. If it starts then the starter motor or more likely the starter solenoid is bad.
Post back results of what you find on all of the above.
I would say that your starter or solenoid is the problem, because that loud click your hear is the solenoid being energized, I would try the wood handle idea that has already being suggested.
When I got home this evening I put the car up on ramps. The wiring looked good and tight nothing frayed or toasted. I hit the starter with a hammer. Crawled out and had my son try it, no go. Picked up 1 inch wood dowel rod about 3 feet long and lined it up the starter started smacking it while the son tried starting, after about the 6 hits I moved it to the solenoid after 2 hits it started.
Thanks to everyone for helping me diagnose this.

you can buy a solenoid for 25 bucks on ebay eventually banging on it wont work anymore and it will need to be replaced. dont buy a new starter just buy the solenoid. been there done that
