Potential Fatal Error for the EBCM and may require replacement of BPMV as well.

40- BCM B0502 H C R DRL Relay ckt
40- BCM B0507 H C L DRL Relay ckt
40- BCM B2482 H C Low Voltage in backup lamp circuit
99- HVAC B0361 H C Left Air Temperature Actuator is out of sync maybe due to a disconnected or broken door.
Since all of these could be triggered by poor battery voltage or connections the first thing to do is to check the battery voltage with a DVM, check it with the car running and not running. Check the battery cables to make sure they aren't loose or there is no dirt or corrosion. Check the battery frame ground and where the +12V power goes into the underhood electrical center and in the underdash electrical center. Make sure any modules involved have good connections to their voltage and ground points.

If you have a true C1214 that means the voltage level the EBCM is applying to the BPMV is low. This could be because of a large current draw in the BPMV (high resistance short to ground in BPMV motor), burned/failed relay contacts in the EBCM. The high resistance short may cause the contacts to burn and while replairing the EBCM with a better relay may cause the DTC to go away it doesn't mean the short in the motor goes away. That means as time goes by the short may get worse or the new relay contacts will fail as well. This could be an expensive fix. In 2007 when this happened on my 03Z the dealer submitted a bill to GMPP for $3800 for one brand new EBCM and one brand new BPMV plus labor.

You may be able to get the EBCM repaired for a couple hundred but if the BPMV motor has the high resistance short from the +12 side to ground (anything less than infinite ohms is unacceptable) you have to pop for a new one or a used one that you know is good.

As I said before the first thing to do is to check your voltage supply and pathways to make sure that potential issue is eliminated before trying to fix things that may not be broken.
