Cat delete
So I want to remove my catalytic converter and run straight pipe.
I already put a borla stinger exhaust on. All the cat delete pipes I've seen for sale are for a c5 with headers. Does anyone know of a cat delete system for non headers? TIA

Only out is if the car is not to be driven on legal roads. Track, private properly etc.
That's not to say, people are law abiding and follow the law/rules.

I feel your pain as living in an emissions county and trying to find a shop to remove the cats is like searching for a needle in a haystack. They don't want to risk it. It's a damn shame a vendor doesn't make a bolt in kit. When I had my fox body it didn't seem to be an issue. With my Vette not happening. 
An option would be to add cutouts, but even then shops won't want to weld them in before the cats. Your best option is to find an aftermarket axle back that suits your needs.

Cut out cat portion of factory H-Pipe and install in its place. C5's actually have great flowing oem manifolds but factory cats are very restrictive. I had this setup many years ago and gains were noteworthy. Borla cat back will still connect with factory H-Pipe, you'll definitely hear your Borlas a lot more without cats.
