Tie rod end
99 stock convertible. The inside front tire is worn smooth. I know nothing about suspension. Does a bad tie rod end cause this?
Inside wear

The Z06 setting has more camber than the others. Some use more camber than that to make the car a little more responsive at the expense of tire wear. The more camber, the more it wears the inside edges.
With that tire wear it needs an alignment. Take a look at the recommendations for a "performance" vs a "street" alignment to tell the shop what settings to use.
Good luck.
Those tires I replaced were from 2002 the tire tech said. Thats well beyond the life expectancy.
