Which pcv valve do I get??

You can use either. Some say that the fixed hole helps reduce PCV oil pull over.
The system really needs a CATCH CAN to reduce oil in the manifold. The one that came with your car is the one with the spring controlled valve..

When I rebuilt my motor this spring I replaced mine with the fixed orifice one. I have about 2500 miles on the engine and I just pulled the throttle valve off and checked out what the inside of the manifold looked like. I did not appear to have a large amount of oil getting into the manifold. Hope this helps. I did have a hard time finding the fixed valve locally, finally found a chevy dealer that had some old stock.
