Default Emblem removal options?

I have changed all 4 of the emblems on my C6 Corvette, without a problem, and thought of removing the ones on my 02 Vert. I removed the one on the trunk lid, polished up the trunk, and it looks a lot better. So, I thought the front end, also, would look cleaner with the front emblem removed. But, to my chagrin, when I removed the emblem, there are two, 3/16" diameter holes for guide pins. The front end looks much better without the emblem, but the holes don't look real tasteful.
Has anyone else removed the front emblem?
And, I guess more important, what did you do with the holes?
Or, is to replace the emblem, my only option?
To be honest, the holes aren't real obvious until you look closely at the front of the car. But, not having these holes would be better.

I removed the front emblem, but the front bumper was already at a bodyshop getting repainted. I am not sure what they used to fill the holes, but it looks really nice with out the emblem.

A body shop can fill in the holes, but then you have the issue of repainting the front fasica. Your call on whether or not the expense is worth it.

Forget the repaint. I was thinking of putting a couple of real large diamonds in those 2 holes.
Well, fake CZ diamonds.

Goo Off and a little elbow grease and the back one will come off with no pry bars. Get a few micro fiber towels and start working the emblem with your hands. When I took my emblem off I found pry marks from the previous owner. Someone tried to steal that emblem and didn't succeed. After I got it cleaned up, I use a cleaner wax and then use "Quick Detailer" on it when ever it looks a little dirty. There is a paint job in my future.

I'll play devils advocate, have you thought about painting the emblems white?

Nope. Don't think it would match the blue car.

Actually I wonder what color match rubber plugs would look like...might make good conversation pieces at the next cars and coffee...
