Spoke too soon. Still the same. Sitting in the garage without the engine running everything worked. Once I cranked it up and backed out the passenger window went down by itself and the driver's door controls quit. This really gets old.

If the BCM is causing the issue, with the top shorting buss removed, the problem should STOP.
If it doesnt, the issues is in the doors or wiring between the doors.
PLEASE try that and see what you get. Post results

The BCM communicates with the LDCM & RDCM through the serial data lines. Pop the top off of the STAR connector that has four wires.
If the BCM is causing the issue, with the top shorting buss removed, the problem should STOP.
If it doesnt, the issues is in the doors or wiring between the doors.
PLEASE try that and see what you get. Post results
