Does anyone know of a video on how to lower a 03 vette on stock bolts

Thank you for that. I guess what I should have said was a how to lower video. There are lots of videos for C6's but I can't seem to find one for the C5's.

C5 or a C6...it's the same procedure in the front, i think the rears are different ?

That write up said to use 18mm wrench on the top nut to keep it from turning but 18mm did not fit mine, it was too small. I ended up having to use a crescent wrench die to lack of tools. It worked though.

I just read one of the DIY posts on this forum about lowering on stock bolts. Apparently on the rear bolts they are different lengths and if you adjust them both to the same amount of threads showing then you have screwed up your corner weights.I wish I had read that before I lowered mine!!

How exactly do you readjust? Measure from the chassis to the ground on each side and make the adjustments?

I guess whatever the difference is I will just have to adjust on the bolt for that side. Adjust and try it.
