Yes, I have read several threads. But I still can't figure this out.
99 FRC with 94k miles.
Codes: P0461 and P0463.
The gas gauge is full time on E, except when i reset the codes.
I tried 3 consecutive Techron x2 fillup on Chevron 93 octane gas and 2 seafoams.
Then 5k miles of Shell 93 gasoline.
Followed by two recent seafoam in the gasoline.
Still Empty Gasoline gas level.
I was thinking of replacing:
ACDelco SK1318 GM Original Equipment Fuel Level Sensor Kit
and
ACDelco G4 GM Original Equipment Fuel Tank Sending Unit Gasket Kit with Bolt
I would get a complete module assembly. However you are at the year where you may have a 4 wire design for the early years or the newer 3 wires design. You need to look at the connector and determine which you have first.
The codes are for the left side. You could look to just install a new sender, but at 94K I would replace the pump too since you will be in there.
Just make sure the terminals in the connector there are clean, good, and not bent first. Also make sure from the connector you have good continuity to ground.
Can I get a confirmation about the left side?
Also do I need to get the car to almost empty before replacing the left side pump?
1 gallon, 2 gallons left?

Is that a possibility of solving the problem?
Or should I go with this?
ACDelco MU1216 Fuel Pump Module Assembly
The AC Delco MU1216 is the complete assembly for the right tank.
AC Delco MU1215 is the pump assembly (complete with sending unit) for the left tank and includes the tank gasket.
Note: The left tank sending unit (and ONLY the left tank sending unit) can be replaced as a separate item and carries the part number SK1318.
