Dead battery W/ codes -Help
Ive got a 2000 coupe that has never given me this problem before. I went to start it up today and the Battery was drained to a point where i had lights but would not crank over so I jumped it and started right up. I had just purchased a new Battery in the spring so as I was sitting in the car after the car was shut off,i noticed the dash lights would not go out on their own unless I put on the parking lights and shut them off again.so I checked for codes and I got 4
AO LDCM 2282 and 2283 which and explanation was Battery circuit 1.and also A1 RCDM 2284 and 2285 which was battery circuit 2. Is there a better explanation than that ?.I was pushing buttons and the memory button on the passenger side would turn on the air conditioner which means ive got short somewhere and after that happened I started it up and noticed I no longer had dashlights but I shut it off and the lights came on as long as it was off. any suggestions explantions would be greatly appreciated

Well,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, If it were me,,,,,, I would completely charge the battery. Then,, CLEAR ALL the DTCs. Take it for a drive and before you shut it off,, read the DTCs and post up what you have.. Make sure to list the H and or C suffix..
