vibration issues! 3rd time pulling driveline

If you install one washer and don't see any improvement; before you give up, try a trimmed down washer that is less weight and see if that helps.
The pins that are inserted in the outer rim of the OEM Flywheel are very small.

The LOWER section of the bell housing comes off. It requires (at least it did on mine) the headers to be loosened up.
If I remember correctly it is secured by six small fasteners. Once that cover is off, you have easy access to the lower part of the clutch.
You can see the cover in this picture. My headers bolt to the bottom of it:

Here is what I found for MY area:

There were TONs more companies listed..
You still will need to get the car UP in the air and remove the access cover if you want someone to figure out where it needs weight. THEN,,,,, You will need to find a way to balance out what they find out of balance.
So, you are basically in the same line of repair except it will be balanced down to a mouse whisker with the analysis equiment.
This really isnt difficult. Find a friend with a garage lift.
The damper balance is also a PART of the GM Hot balance procedure on manual C5/C6 engines and the service manual has a very specific procedure for damper removal and replacement on a C5/6 MN6/12 Engine.
The damper is small in diameter so, it will not have as great of an effect as the fly wheel.
If it were my car, I would hunt down a lift or jack stands (like I do when I do drivetrain repairs) and dig in.
